Do blogs really count ? Part-I

Yup... atleast I think blogs do count.

Personally there have been atleast a few blogs in recent times that have had a impact on me; forced me to re-think atleast a few of the notions I had baked into my head in the last few years.

I'm going to talk more about those notions and how they changed in forthcoming posts.

But yes; before I actually put those notions accross; I'll say yes, blogs do count; and a few of the blogs that were eye openers for me include (but are not limited to):

(1) Pooja Bedi's Blog - There are guys who'd give away their left arm and a leg for a sex-bomb... but by God's wish I'm not one of those and I look for something deeper. And I personally had a pretty fixed notion of what Ms Bedi would be like; till I made a somewhat cynical comment on her blog, expecting her to either not reply or expecting her to give a really shallow 'play-to-the-gallery' type of response.
That wasnt the case; and to my comment that she should do something for animals, she responded how she once went into the sea to rescue a whale that got stuck in a fishing net; and she was sweet enough to even answer a follow up question I posted to that response.

My only complaint: When her blog moved from poojablogs.blogspot.com to poojabediblogs.blogspot.com ; the initial few comments in the original blog never imported to the new blog.

Ma'am, you're new online; but please please get going and be a harder taskmaster online!!! (just kidding but yea would have been great if her blog-managers had imported the comments from the initial blog to the new blog)-- YES IT IS POSSIBLE--- drop me a mail and I'll be happy to talk more about how to import blog comments from a existing blog to a newer blog.

Also, I discovered about the existence of SuperChooha - a team of PR folks from a filmi background who maintain blogs for movie stars and television personalities. A interesting area of business to be involved in; and definitely my thumbs up to the SuperChooha team for their approach to business.

there are more blogs I loved... and more experiences online I plan to share; but that I will do another time; and this post will be continued...

...End of Part-I... to be continued...
